Soul Land: Awakening World: Building Your First Team

Start with a team whose roles you understand. A new Soul Land player needs to learn movement and combat controls as well as character progression; a collection of impressive portraits alone does not explain how those characters work together.

What should the first team accomplish?

The beginner team-building video by Insight Gaming focuses on Attack, Support and Control roles. Use those roles as questions to ask about your own roster: who deals damage, who helps the party remain effective, and who manages enemy pressure? This is a framework for reading skills, not a fixed best-team ranking.

Why revisit the tutorials?

The same guide highlights dodging, jumping, flying and exploration lessons. If combat feels awkward, revisit the relevant tutorial before assuming your roster is the problem. Our recommendation is to practice one movement skill in a low-pressure area, then bring it into a familiar encounter. Better control can make your next upgrade decision more informed.

Check that you are following the right game

Search results include several Soul Land titles and regional versions. Match Awakening World, the publisher and your launcher before following instructions or redeeming a code. Steam lists Awakening World separately. Do not assume that accounts, servers or rewards from another Soul Land game transfer. This guide covers basic decision-making, not an account-transfer promise or a verified build for every regional release.
