Before moving an existing Neverness to Everness account to another device, identify the account that holds your progress and follow the matching login route below. Do not start by creating several new accounts or unlinking an existing one.
The platform instructions and restrictions below come from the official NTE PlayStation FAQ, dated 28 April 2026. Check that page again before confirming an account change.
Read the linking restrictions first
The FAQ says a linked PWG Email cannot be changed or unlinked. A PSN account can be unlinked only once, and PWG Email must be linked first. PSN access then ends; the linked email remains a login route.
Our recommendation is to confirm that you control the intended email and recognize the intended game account before continuing. Read the confirmation screen carefully. If you cannot explain which account each login belongs to, stop and ask support rather than using unlinking as a troubleshooting experiment.
Choose the route matching your existing progress
| Your starting point | Documented route |
|---|---|
| Existing PC/mobile account → PS5 | Link PWG Email in Settings → User Center on the existing account. On PS5, sign in using that email; PSN is then linked automatically. |
| PSN-created account → PC/mobile | Link PWG Email through User Center on PlayStation, then use that linked email on PC/mobile. |
| Google/Facebook/other third-party login → PS5 | First link the existing account to PWG Email. The FAQ lists PSN and PWG Email as PlayStation login methods. |
For example, if your progress already exists on PC, use the first route. Do not follow instructions intended for a brand-new PS5 player just because you have never used the console before. “New device” and “new game account” are different starting situations.
What if the game opens with missing progress?
Before changing anything else, make a private checklist: the account identifier you expected, your usual login method, the server you selected, the device you moved from and the login you just used. Compare what is visible on each device. This is a diagnostic checklist, not a guarantee that a particular mismatch explains your case.
If the account history still does not match, use the contact route in the official FAQ. Describe your sequence of actions and relevant error text. Do not post your password, verification codes or private account screenshots in public comments. Do not pay an unofficial account-recovery service or repeat irreversible account changes hoping to recover progress.
Do purchased items transfer between linked platforms?
The FAQ confirms purchased items appear across PC, mobile and PlayStation when accounts are linked. It does not establish Steam account merging or every launcher’s login flow.
Before you confirm a link
- Know which existing account contains the progress you want to keep.
- Confirm the email spelling and that you can access it securely.
- Match your situation to the correct route above.
- Read the current confirmation and publisher instructions, especially if they differ from this guide.
- Stop if an unexpected account appears; preserve the details for support instead of guessing.
For gameplay alternatives after your account is settled, browse Spixla’s anime RPG collection. For a different game’s combat basics, the Genshin first-team reaction guide is a separate lesson, not an account-transfer destination.
This is a researched explanation of a dated publisher FAQ, not an account-recovery service. Spixla cannot inspect or merge your game accounts, and this article does not replace the confirmation shown in your current client.
