Sci-Fi & Space Games

Spixla Editorial · Source-based guidance · Checked 6 September 2026

Science fiction is a setting, not a single genre. Spixla separates fleet and expansion games from character-action and squad experiences so you can find the kind of decisions you want to make.

Choose your play style

Fleets and expansion

Star Trek Fleet Command, Foundation and Project Entropy are starting points for fleet, crew or interstellar progression interests. Their systems differ: compare the guides before selecting a download.

Character and squad systems

Endfield, NIKKE and Zenless Zone Zero provide other approaches to science-fiction worlds. Factory planning, squad timing and action combat should be assessed separately.

Choosing a starting point

Ask whether you want to manage a force or control combat more directly. Then check the specific game guide rather than assuming that similar futuristic artwork means similar gameplay.

Which should you try first?

For ship-and-crew strategy, explore the Star Trek hub. For action plus industrial systems, read Endfield. For a narrower introduction to squad combat, open the NIKKE or ZZZ guide.

Platform is a separate check

A Windows campaign is not a complete list of a game’s platforms. Confirm the publisher’s current requirements and your region before installing. Free-to-play also does not mean every item or progression option is free.
